The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 368/369/120B/370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of Human Trafficking Act. A female co-accused allegedly lifted to the newly born child of the informant and the child was recovered from the possession of that lady.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is co-tenant in the same house where the informant resides and the informant has suspected the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52851 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.281 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
