KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had obtained appointment on the basis of forged certificate of Sardar Gopal Singh Middle School, Kishanganj issued by Magadh University. The said B.Ed certificate on verification was found to be forged and fabricated and in this regard an FIR was lodged by Inspector of Vigilance Department against the petitioner on 14.07.2016. The petitioner surrendered on 01.08.2017 before the court below and since thereafter he is in judicial custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52399 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016.
