Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor the impugned order of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VIII, East Champaran at Motihari discloses as to how name of the petitioner came in this case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of coaccused Raushan Singh from whose possession mobile set, said to be used in the crime, was recovered. It is further contended by him that co-accused Geeta Devi and Birendra Mahto have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 7.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.21199/2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
