The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17404 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif and the petitioner was directed to be released on bail after completion of six months in custody.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to typographical error, in the cause title of the main application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 17404 of 2019, the name of village of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as "resident of village-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53747 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 Habanpura" in place of "resident of village-Bhandari" and in the order dated 22-04-2019, same mistake occurred. Hence, it is prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that in the cause title of the order dated 22-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17404 of 2019, the name of village of the petitioner be read as "resident of village-Bhandari" in place of "resident of villageHabanpura". Accordingly, the order dated 22-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17404 of 2019 is modified to the extent as mentioned above. All other terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 22-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17404 of 2019.
