2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with two other persons assaulted the informant with knife and looted his motorcycle and mobile.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to past criminal antecedent. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is totally false and based on concocted facts. There is no specific

He submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioner and there is no allegation of tampering with the prosecution witnesses by the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that petitioner has two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 13.05.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case no. 585 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date fixed in the case and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
