ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 27.08.2015 by which the District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai in S.T. No. 685 of 2013 arising out of Begusari Mufassail P.S. Case No. 189 of 2013 has refused to examine Malti Devi as Court witness. Considering that the wife of the deceased is an important witness and it would be in the interest of justice to examine her, the trial Court is directed to examine the said witness within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after giving due notices to all the parties concerned. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
