2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 477 of 2023 instituted under under Section 354 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 lodged on 11.6.2023 by the informant, Pinki Kumari.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 10.6.2022 at about 2 PM, the petitioner entered into the house of the informant on the pretext of taking water, caught hold of the informant, the minor victim girl aged about 15 years and committed aggravated sexual assault upon her when she was in the kitchen. It is further alleged that during the occurrence, the informant also got injury on her head by falling on the floor of kitchen which was noticed by her father and friend's mother

4. The girl has narrated her ordeal and the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, certainly, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.
