2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366 and 498 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, mother of two children had left her husband and had gone to Uttar Pradesh to meet the petitioner with whom she had got connected through Instagram.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2024. In the statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the victim has not alleged any

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar / concerned Court below in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024.
