Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with GRP Patna P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 374/34 of the Indian Penal code, Section 17 of Bonded Labour Act, Section 26 of Juvenile Justice Act and Section 3 of the Child Act.

Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected on 29.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24560 of 2017 with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that case has been committed to the court of sessions but charge has

Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017, G.R. No. 157 of 2017.
