The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier thrice rejected vide order dated 15.12.2015, 24.08.2016 and 21.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50558 of 2015, 27317 of 2016 and 54692 of 2016 respectively, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2015 and trial has not been concluded as yet to which learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes by submitting that the argument is going on and the trial is likely to be concluded. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering that the petitioner is the assailant and the trial is likely to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49731 of 2017(2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 concluded very soon, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court is again directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
