1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To issue of appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions to the Respondents authority to make payment at the minimum of pay scales Rs. 18000/- per month according to the recommendation of the 7th Pay commission as well as direction has given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018 Shobha Shankar Dube Versus Divisional forest officer and others/which are applicable to the regular employees holding the same post.
(ii) For issuance of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to allow the minimum of the Pay Scale at per the similar situate employees rendering the identical nature of duty.
(iii) For allow the payment of grant Scale of Pay from retrospective date government resolve based as per upon the principal of equal pay
4/4 for equal work alongwith P.F. and other admissible benefits."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
