Versus
1. The State of Bihar.
.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sunil Prasad Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Kumar Virendra Narayan (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that trial of the petitioner has already been started and up till now, altogether six prosecution witnesses have been examined and, therefore, I do not think it proper to grant privilege of bail to petitioner. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 79 of 2013 arising out of Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 78 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sheohar is again rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45452 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible without giving unnecessary adjournments to the prosecution.
