By the order, dated 01.09.2014, passed in L.P.A. No.797 of 2012, the appeal was dismissed by making the following observation:- "The appellant having accepted the appointment in Class-IV service on compassionate grounds in 2005 has approached this Court to claim right to compassionate appointment in Class III service. The learned single Judge has dismissed the writ petition. Hence, this Appeal. Appeal is devoid of any merit.

Appeal is dismissed in limine."

Patna High Court C. REV. No.326 of 2014 dt.23-09-2015 2/2 Upon perusal of the order, dated 01.09.2014, we do not find that the petitioner has been able to point out any such error, which would call for its review.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, review petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
