2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 457, 341, 323, 307, 324, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant and petitioners are co-villagers and this false and concocted case has been lodged due to village politics.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56996 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 Doctor has found simple injuries. There is case and counter-case and Barbigha P.S. Case No. 196 of 2023 has been lodged for the same occurrence by co-accused Vishal Paswan against the informant side. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the rival submissions, nature of injuries and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No.193 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
