27-07-2016 Heard Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is Panchayat Secretary has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Chakai P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 409 & 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that there is no material against him. In view of nature of accusation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
