JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 25-01-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the Cause Title „District-West Champaran (Bettiah)‟ has been mentioned in place of "District-East Chamapran (Motihari) as a result of which order dated 04.01.2018 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail has not been communicated to the Court at East Champaran (Motihari), rather it has been communicated to the Court at West Champaran (Bettiah). It appears that the case is of East Champaran, Motihari, and the impugned order has also been passed by the 13th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, but at the time of Stamp Reporting, inadvertently, name of the District has been mentioned as West Champaran.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49219 of 2017 (4) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 In view of such, in the 4th line of Cause Tile of the order dated 04.01.2018 from top, in place of „WEST CHAMPARAN (BETTIAH), it should be read as "EAST CHAMPRAN (MOTIHARI).

Let this order as well as order dated 04.01.2018 be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.118 of 2017.
