JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15631 of 2017, as also the earlier order of this Court dated 15.03.2023, a show cause has been filed by the Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Establishment, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, wherein it has been stated that the claim of the petitioners regarding payment of the deducted 25 per cent salary has been accepted and the outstanding amount on the
Patna High Court MJC No.3159 of 2019(4) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 head of deducted salary has already been paid to the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that since the contemnors have already complied with the order of this Court dated 26.04.2018, nothing survives for consideration in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
