2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on a secret information, police apprehended the accused namely Arun Mahto with 50 litres country made liquor in two jute bora at the rickshaw, who disclosed that the seized liquor belongs to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Arun Mahto who apprehended on the spot. He has no concern with the seized liquor or rickshaw. Nothing incriminating matering was

Petitioner has five criminal antecedents which does not belong to the Excise Act. He is in custody since 27.06.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of absconding the petitioner or tampering with the prosecution evidence. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial of the case.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise-2, Patna, in connection with Kadamkuaw P.S. Case No. 192 of 2025, subject to the following conditions:-
(1) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself.
(2) Petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidence, failing
