JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Perused the letter no. 548 dated 25.11.2016 of learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Jehanabad. It has been stated that Sessions Trial No. 335 of 2015 is pending for prosecution evidence and up-till-now one prosecution witness has been examined and if the prosecution produces the witnesses in time and defence co-operate then, the Sessions Trial is likely to be concluded within next four months.
In view of the aforesaid facts, learned trial judge is directed to dispose of the Sessions Trial aforesaid within four months after taking the same on priority basis. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
