2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 72/2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons of assaulting the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working in Indian Railways and only one injury has been found on the body of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Barh/concerned Court below in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024.
8. This application stands allowed.
