Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents for issuing appointment letter of Anganwari Sevika as merit list was prepared and approved by Aam Sabha in Ward No.11, Panchayat- Baniyapur (South) Block-Motipur, DistrictMuzaffarpur.

3. Learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.17285 of 2019(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 has filed objection before the C.D.P.O., but her objection was not considered at all. He further submits that the appointment has been made according to Guidelines of 2019 in which Original Authority is the C.D.P.O. itself.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the appointment has been completed and in this regard, appointment letter has been annexed vide Annexure-B/44 of the counteraffidavit.

5. In this background, this writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to challenge the said appointment, which is contained in the said counter-affidavit of the writ petition before the Original Authority under the Guidelines of 2019 for selection of Anganbari Sevika/ Sahayika, within 30 days from today, if cause of action still survives.

6. It is made clear that the said date shall be counted after Durga Puja Vacation.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
