This is an application for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is an accused in connection with S K Puri PS Case No. 207 of 2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 399/402/120B of the Indian Penal Code which is pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the petitioner's possession only one 315 bore live cartridges and one cell phone were allegedly recovered. He further contends that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.6.2015.
In view of the submission aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46025 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Khusboo Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna, in connection with S K Puri PS Case No. 207 of 2015. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
