The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kankar Bagh P.S. Case No.272 of 2017, a case under Sections 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of snatching of mobile phone is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case on 19.08.2017. Submission is that thereafter the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57327 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kankar Bagh P.S. Case No.272 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
