The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.87 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 354, 505 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he outraged the modesty of the daughter-in-law of the informant and when his son Birendra Kumar tried to rescue her, he assaulted him with the butt of country-made pistol on his head as a result of which, he sustained injury, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
