Vide order dated 10.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22482 of 2019 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to Covid19 pandemic as well as he was out of State for his livelihood. In that view of the matter, the order dated 10.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22482 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 184 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67198 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 2018 pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Dhaka, Sikrahana, East Champaran and remaining parts of the said order shall remain in operation.
