Learned counsel for the petitioner made much stress over unsoundness of the petitioner and on account thereof, petitioner's case comes within the purview of Chapter-XXV. The learned lower court will proceed to conduct an inquiry as envisaged under Chapter-XXV of the Cr.P.C. and during course thereof, more particularly would pass an order in terms of Section 330 of the Cr.P.C. in case the learned lower court feels like so and with the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
