2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections143, 341, 323, 384, 387, 427, 307, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi, danda and rod. One Aman Kumar has assaulted the informant by means of butt of the pistol and took Rs. 10,000/- from him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He submits that there is no specific overt act against

No. 71013 of 2022. He further submits that petitioner has four criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
