The petitioner seeks bail in Parsa P.S. Case No. 08/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 8/20(a)(iii), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and 25(1-b)a, 25(1-A) of the Arms Act. The police got information that Sonu Kumar has kept a huge quantity of ganja and he dealt it outside. On search, Sonu Kumar was arrested from whose possession huge quantity of ganja and arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner is brother of Sonu Kumar but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Sonu Kumar is said to have disclosed that his brother and father are also involved in the dealing of the ganja but no article was recovered from the possession of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45815 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 petitioner. On similar facts Shiv Bhajan Singh @ Ram Bhajan Prasad Singh, father of the petitioner has been granted bail. The petitioner is living separately from Sonu Kumar and he is a government employee.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S.
