Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jandaha Police Station Case No 17 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are predominantly civil in nature. The allegation is that the petitioner, who was plying the truck of the informant since 10.11.2016, has defaulted in payment of easy monthly installment in respect of the truck and also defaulted in remitting the agreed share of the profit to the informant. Considering the aforesaid circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65599 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in Jandaha Police Station Case No 17 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
