2 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila PS Case No 62 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 As per allegation, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner in the year, 2011. The petitioner along with other accused persons, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, tortured Opposite Party No 2. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a case of matrimonial dispute. The matter was referred to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56893 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 the Mediation Centre, report whereof has been received and is available at Flag M which shows that the matter has been resolved. The copy of compromise petition signed by the parties and identified by their respective lawyers is also available with the records.

5 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Darbhanga in connection with Mahila PS Case No 62 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr P C.
