01-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Vipin Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Chandrasen Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably on the same date.
