JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 269 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the Indian penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants looted jewelries and other items from the informant and also shot at him causing injury.

Submission is that only material transpires against the petitioner is disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Kumar @ Manua, however nothing has been recovered from his possession nor he was put on T.I.P. and he has been remanded in other cases also after institution of present case and is in custody since 23.05.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4186 of 2018 (4) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely , Sujeet Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017.
