Counsel for the State is present and submits that the Opposite parties have complied with the order dated 05.09.1991 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5810 of 1991 which has been mentioned in paragraph 9 of the show cause which is as follows: " that it is relevant to state here that in recent, the Municipal Survey Khata has been opened in different raiyat regarding new plot no. 527, 528, 651, 650, 647, 646, 569,574,575 and 576 and these plots are not recorded either in the name of petitioners or their late father namely Sri Bindeshwari Prasad now the final Khatiyan has been published."

The petitioner is not disputing the fact mentioned in the show cause. Hence there is no reason to proceed further. The contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the application is dismissed.
