Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent, on the other hand, submits that against the impugned order the petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna. Therefore, according to him, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed on that ground alone.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
