The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 193/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 & 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.01.2015 but the petitioner again filed this anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the co-accused persons have already been acquitted. I find no material to reconsider the order dated 12.01.2015 as the petitioner even after rejection of the anticipatory bail petition did not appear in the Court. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
