As soon as Varanashi Siyalda Express Down came at platform no.1, passengers raised alarm thief-thief whereupon two persons, petitioner along with Niraj Yadav was apprehended while getting down from a bogie, is under custody since 26.08.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Jai Raj Yadav @ Jai Ram Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
