2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 4, vide order dated 05.10.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 664 of 2021, arising out of Ariyari P.S. Case No. 104 of 2021 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge III, Sheikhpura.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66912 of 2021(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case preferably within a period of one year. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J.) rakhi/- U T
