2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanrua P.S. Case No. 634 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 65(1) of the B.N.S., Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, and Sections 3(1), 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), and 3(2) (v) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing sexual assault upon the victim and is in custody since 02.01.2025. The victim, in his statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, has supported the allegation.
