The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2017 in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35/38/25(1-A-A) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended after chase but in fact, the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession rather he has been named on account of earlier enmity and village politics. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
