The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pawana P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners committed murder of the brother of informant by strangulation and hanged the dead body with a tree.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There was love affair between the brother of informant and the daughter of co-accused Satyadeo

No.66330 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Singh and two months prior to the alleged occurrence both of them fled away from their house due to that reason the accused persons committed murder of informant's brother. There is general and omnibus allegation. None has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Only on suspicion petitioners have been made accused in this case. Petitioner no. 1 is wife of co-accused Satyadeo Singh and petitioner no. 2 is daughter-in-law. Petitioners are ladies and they have got clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Pawna P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
