Heard.
The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 16.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41458 of 2014 on the ground of false implication and that the doctor has not found any sign of injury and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 16.03.2014.
The learned A.P.P. submits that there is no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52057 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 petitioner, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 429 of 2014 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 149 of 2014 pending in the court of 3rd Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as per amended proviso of section 309 Cr.P.C.
