The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R.P. (Bakhtiyarpur) P.S. Case No.206 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials collected in course of investigation against the petitioner, who is not named in the first information report, as would appear from the order dated 23.05.2018 passed by the court below whereby his application for grant of pre-arrest bail was rejected, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the
