Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Diwakar Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Shailendra Kumar 1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. In view of the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of 1.3 kg. of ganza (cannabis) along with currency note of Nepal, this Court is of the view that at this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46296 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
