The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 13 of 2014 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 256 of 2014 registered under sections 8, 22, 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 4.1/2 kg of Ganja was recovered from the shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2014. The quantity of recovery is much less than the commercial quantity which is 20kg. Considering the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for eight months for recovery of 4.1/2kg of Ganja and he has not criminal antecedent, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
