The petitioner seeks bail in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner runs garage for repairing and making body of the truck. He further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. There is no case lodged by anybody that recovered half made body of truck from the garage of the petitioner was stolen article.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.6.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
