2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.13760 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 2/3 "(i) Commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Resp. No.-9 & 12 to ensure the measurement & demarcation of the land pertaining with Mauza-Parsauni, Thana No.-80, Khata No.-603, Khesra No.-893, for an area of 5.25 decimal & Khata No.-624, Khesra No.-871 for an area of 7.75 decimal within the Anchal of Bairgania & District of Sitamarhi which has been donated through registered deed dt.-11.03.2008 in favour of the Governor of Bihar for the purpose of establishment of Primary School, Mazgawan Tola at Parsauni (Sitamarhi).

(ii) Further commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Resp. No.-5 & 9 for taking/initiating the necessary measures so that the land of the Govt. School ought to be preserved from the encroachment of the local adjacent individuals alike the Resp. No.-13, 14 & 15.

(iii) Grant of any other consequential or incidental relief/reliefs for which the petitioner can be found entitled for."

3. The petitioner is a Head Mistress and running from

Patna High Court CWJC No.13760 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 3/3 pillar to post with an only grievance that the respondent no. 9, the Circle Officer, Bairgania, Sitamarhi shall look into the matter, hear the parties and pass an appropriate order.

4. Learned State counsel submits that all possible steps shall be taken, once the petitioner files a fresh representation.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith all the document/requisite fee before the respondent no. 9, the Circle Officer, Bairgania, Sitamarhi who shall after hearing the parties, will be taking the matter to its logical conclusion preferably by 31st of March, 2026.
