The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No.70 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of impersonation in the examination. During examination it was found that another person in the name of the petitioner was appearing in the examination, that person was arrested and he was sent to jail. Petitioner is claiming to be innocent.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders
