The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Hathauri P.S. Case No.83 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant, on secret inputs, that the petitioner and Pappu Rai used to sell liquor. A raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner and from the house of the petitioner, 10 bottles of Party Special Delux Whiskey each containing 750 ml. and 24 bottles of Royal Challenge Classic Premium Whiskey each containing 180 ml. were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a labour. She had gone outside the house to earn her livelihood but somebody might have kept the liquor in her house but it appears that the recovery was made from the house of the

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
