2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"(i) For a direction upon the concerned respondents to appoint the Petitioner on compassionate ground who is legally weded (sic) wife of Late Rakesh Kumar Sinha, who died in harness on 17.07.2018. (ii) For a direction upon the concerned respondents to grant the benefit of post retiral -cumdeath benefit to the Petitioner as her husband Late

(iii) For a direction upon the concerned respondents to grant consequential benefit to the Petitioner, admissible to the Petitioner."

The case of the petitioner in brief is that her husband who was working as a Clerk in the Primary Health Centre, Alinagar, Darbhanga died on 17.7.2018 leaving behind the petitioner and two minor children. The petitioner submitted her application for appointment on compassionate ground, however, the respondents not having appointed her nor any decision of the respondents having been communicated to the petitioner, she has filed the instant application for the reliefs prayed for as quoted herein above.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the petition, this application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file her representation before the respondent nos.3 and 6 within a period of four weeks.

5. In case the representation is filed, the respondents will decide the same within a period of two months from the date of its filing and communicate the final order passed to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

6. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into merits of the case of the petitioner which shall be decided by the respondents concerned.

7. The writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
