JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being husband of the complainant is in jail custody since11.07.2015 in a case registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that earlier petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail provisionally for patch up the dispute but unfortunately, dispute of the parties could not be resolved and later on, petitioner was sent to jail custody and now there is no possibility of reconciliation of the dispute of the parties.
